Returns

At Grace Baby Stages, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

To help us process your request, please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Refunds

Once we receive and review your request, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are shipped directly from our trusted fulfillment partners, we do not accept returns for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect size selections made by the customer

• Delays caused by shipping carriers

• Normal variations in product color due to screen settings

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have entered processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
